Royal Selangor has taken the initiative and is offering a very competitive one-off price where we subsidize a large proportion of the freight charges.

Royal Selangor delivers only using renowned Worldwide Express Couriers. Orders are usually shipped within the day and normally take 3-8 days to arrive. Royal Selangor personally checks the progress of every International Order and will be on hand to defuse any problems arising in freight.

We fully guarantees safe delivery - if there is any damage incurred during shipping, Royal Selangor will take full responsibility to re-deliver a replacement or offer a full refund. At the same time, Royal Selangor will be responsible for the return freight of the damaged item(s), if any.

This guarantee covers damages as well as any other personal or professional cause for your dissatisfaction. However, Royal Selangor will not be responsible for the return freight charges if the cause for return is not due to a fault on our part.

This Return Policy is applicable to all online purchases worldwide. All you have to do is to email our helpdesk and inform us of your intention and will help you do the rest.

TAXES & DUTIES
Royal Selangor's prices includes shipping but do not include Taxes and Duties or any other additional charges (VAT, GST etc) incurred at the destination's country. This is due to the vast difference between each nation's Taxation and import laws.
